Exciting Digital Upgrades are Here!
Your banking experience is about to get better – we just launched a new digital platform, designed with your needs in mind. This upgrade provides a more streamlined, secure, and feature-rich digital experience to help you manage your finances more easily and efficiently.
Quick Update:
Quicken/QuickBooks: Direct Connect is not currently available. In the meantime, you can continue utilizing Web Connect. Log in to Digital Banking, download your transactions in either QBO or QFX format, and upload the file into your QuickBooks or Quicken software/portal. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work towards getting Direct Connect fully set up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to re-enroll in the new Digital Banking platform?
No, your sign on ID and password will be carried over from the previous platform. Please make sure that you know both your sign on ID and password, as you will need them for the initial login!
Will there be a period of time when I can't access eStatements?
If you currently have Digital Banking: Even though we are changing vendors, you will still have access to your historical data! Log into Digital Banking, select “Accounts” and “Statements”. Under your Primary Savings number, choose “View History” and you will see 18 months of historical data. Please note that your December 2025 statement may be delayed a few days due to the vendor change.
If you do not currently have Digital Banking: While we are transitioning to a new statement vendor, our current eStatement portal will no longer be available. If you are not enrolled in Digital Banking, you will not have access to view your eStatements in the portal during this transition. Our new eStatement portal is scheduled to go live in early March 2026. You may also choose to register for Digital Banking, which will allow you continued access to your statements online.
When the new eStatement portal is live, you will have to log in using your member number as the username and your SSN as the password. Once you are logged into the platform, you will be able to update your password to one you would like to use moving forward.
If you need a statement before the new portal is available, we are happy to provide one. Please contact us and we can send a copy directly to you. Thank you for your patience during this upgrade.
Will my account alerts transfer to the new system?
If you have alerts set up through the current Online Banking, you will need to reset them up in Digital Banking after go-live (December 11). You will find more options for types of alerts and notifications!
Do I need to reset up my Bill Payments?
No, we are still using Checkfree Bill Pay so all of your payments will continue uninterrupted!
Will my Card (CardHub) alerts carry over?
Yes, if you have alerts and controls set up on your cards, those will carry over to the new platform.
Why am I receiving an OTP code?
You’re receiving a One Time Passcode (OTP) because our system is trying to confirm that it’s really you. OTPs are a security measure used to protect your account and personal information.
Can I change the nicknames on my accounts in Digital Banking?
Yes, from the “Account Summary” screen, please select the blue hyperlinked account name you would like to change. A new screen will open, and you’ll want to select “Details” from the top, right corner. From there, you can click “Change Account Nickname”.
How do I make a transfer between my accounts?
Select “Transfers” and then “Make a Transfer”.
Where can I find my eStatements?
Select “Accounts” and then “Statements”. You’ll be prompted with the disclosure, and after accepting, you should see your available statements. Find your Primary Savings and select “View History”, which will display 18 months of historical statement data.
How do I set up account alerts?
Select your name from the upper, right-hand corner, then select “Settings” and “Alerts”.
How can I deposit a check using mobile deposit?
